The Church Complex is very widely used by lots of different groups – ranging from choirs, concerts, exercise groups, uniformed groups, cafes, educational, support groups, drama groups … the list goes on. You could hire one of our rooms on a regular basis or as a one-off.
We have three rooms that you can hire out:
Hall
£36ph one-off bookings. £26ph regular bookings – changing to £39ph one-off booking. £28ph regular bookings in 2024
(We recommend 100 people maximum using the Hall)
The Hall users will have access to the kitchen.
Church
£36ph one-off bookings. £26ph regular bookings – changing to £39ph one-off booking. £28ph regular bookings in 2024
(We recommend 200 people maximum using the church)
(Not for hire by children’s groups)
Choir Vestry
£20ph one-off booking. £18ph regular bookings – changing to £22ph one-off booking. £20ph regular bookings in 2024
(We recommend 20 people maximum use this room )
Complex Use
Occasional Use (Using more than one room)
£55.00ph – changing to £58ph in 2024
The Church has wheelchair accessible access and toilet facilities.
You must be cleared up and ready to leave by 10pm the latest.

Covid
Even though there are no legal Covid restrictions you may still want to consider creating a Risk Assessment to show you are Covid aware. A template Risk Assessment can be downloaded here: Example Risk Assessment

You will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to the following information when you make a booking:

- If you have children attending your event, you will need to read and agree to our Child Protection Policy. Click here for a downloadable version of the Child Protection Agreement Form.

- Please see our Kitchen Guidelines if your booking includes use of the kitchen.
The Calendar
The Calendar below shows when the rooms are booked out (not when they are available). Please use this as a guide as some groups have not confirmed their bookings yet so they may not show on the calendar. You can choose from the Main Church (not for children's groups), the Hall or the Choir Vestry.
